Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe: After placing an order, we require up to 7 business days to process it. During high volume times or business struggles, we can take up to 30 days to process your order. It is not ideal, but ensures we can keep an eco-friendly shipping policy. Once processed, please allow an additional 6 - 30 days for your order to reach its destination.
Possible Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances may lead to shipping delays which may result in your delivery time frame to increase to a maximum of 45 days. In rare cases, if your order does not arrive within 75 days from the purchase date, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and ensure a resolution.
Order Tracking: We provide an order tracking page using simply your order number and email you used at checkout, this provides a simplified and quick solution to locating your order.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to inaccurate addresses.
