At Verolux Jewels, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you don’t, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window.
30-Day Returns
You may return unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Final-sale promotional items (clearly marked at checkout)

Earrings (standard health rule for jewelry)
Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
All Verolux pieces are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item ever has a craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear

Improper use

Lost items

Cosmetic fading from chemicals or water exposure
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color within 30 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.
