Refund Policy

At Verolux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that items purchased on discount are non-refundable. In order to qualify for a refund, you must have purchased the item at full price and not have used any discount code or promotional offer.

To claim a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@verolux.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Once your refund has been approved, you must send the item(s) back to the sender's address. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days.
